Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City adopt the accompanying resolution approving Fir~al
Tract Map No. 6098fi.
Executive Summary
This report transmits for City Cauncil approval a Final Tract Map for the fallowing
condaminium project. The Vesting Tentative Tract Map was approved by the Planning
Commission on February 16, 24Q5.

Discussion
After a public hearing and careful review of the record and staff reeommendations, the
Planning Cammissiort appraved a Vesting Tentative Tract Map for the above project on
February 16, 2005. The action of the Planning Commission was based on its findings
that the praposed subdivision will have no significant environmental impact and is in

conformance with a11 state and lacal laws and regulations, and applicable General Plar~
Elements. The Final Map conforms ta the Vesting Tentative Map. The developer will be
required to show proof of payment of the condaminium tax of $5,000 prior ta issuance of
building permit. The praject has been approved by the ~os Angeles Caunty Engineer's
affice and certified by the City Engineer for conformance with the Vesting Tentative Map
and conditions thereon, the Subdivision Map Aet and local ordinances. The City
Engineer's office indicates that there are no required off-site public improvements. The
City Attorr~ey's office has approved the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for #he
Final Map as complying with the conditions of the Vesting Tentative Map and applicable
laws.
