After publlc hear~ng and careful reVl.ew of the record and staff
recommendatlons, the Clty Planning CornmlSSlon approved the Tenta-
tl. ve l\1ap for the above pro] ect on l\1ay 13, 1985.

the Plannl.ng CommlSSl.On was based on ltS flndl.ngs that the pro-
posed subdivls~on would cause no substantial envl.ronmental damage
and 1S lTI conformance wlth all State and local laws and regula-
tl.ons and appllcable General Plan Elements.
The Final \1.ap con-
forms to the Tentatlve "'1ap.
The License DlV~Slon reports that
the developer has agreed to pay the condOmlnl.Urn tax. The proJect
has been approved by the Los Angeles County Englneer's offlce and
certl.fl.ed by the Cl.ty Englneer for conformance with the Tentatlve

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ~ONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the ~ap of Tract No. 43832 in the C~ty of
Santa ~on~ca be and the same hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ ty Clerk hereby J..S author~zed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said ~ap th~s order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa ~onica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adop-
