BACKGROUND
After public hearlng and careful review of the record and staff
recommendat2ons, the Clty Planning COffiffi2ssion approved the Tenta-
tl ve Map for the above proJect on July 15, 1985.
The actlon of
the Plannlng Comm2ssion was based on its f1ndlngs that the pro-
posed subd~vlslon would cause no substant~al env~ronmenta1 damage
and 16 In conformance wlth all State and local laws and regula-
tlons and appllcable General Plan Elements.
The F~nal Map conforms to the Tentat1ve Map.
The Llcense D1Vl-
Slon reports that the developer has agreed to pay the condominium
tax.
The project has been approved by the Los Angeles County

mance wlth the Tentatlve Map and cond~t~ons thereon. the Subd~v~-
sian Map Act and local ordl.nance s .
The Clty Attorney's offlce
has approved the covenants, conditl.ons and restrl.ctions for the
Final Map as complYlng wlth the condltlons of the Tentative Map
and appllcable laws.
An Agreement Imposing Restrlctlons on Real Property relatlng to
the provislon of one affordable houslng unlt has been slgned by
the Cl. ty and the owner and recorded with the Los Angeles County
Recorder.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT
The recommendatlon presented in thlS report does not have a bud-
get or flscal l.mpact.
RECOMMENDATION
It 18 respectfully recommended that the Flnal Map be approved by
adoptlon of the accompanYlng resolution.

ACCEPTING AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION
MAP OF TRACT NO. 44043
ThE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 44043 in the C~ty of
Santa Monica be and the same hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1.5 authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1.fy to the adop-
tion of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
