SUBJECT: Recommendation to Adopt Resolution Approving Final
Tract Map for Tract No. 45575
INTRODUCTION
This report transmits for city council approval a Final Tract Map
for the following condominium project. The Vesting Tentative Map
was approved by the Planning Commission on January 25, 1988.

BACKGROUND
After public hearing and careful review of the record and staff
recommendations, the City Planning Commission approved the Vest-
ing Tentative Map for the above project on January 25, 1988. The
action of the Planning Commission was based on its findings that
the proposed subdivision would have no substantial environmental
impact and is in conformance with all state and local laws and
regulations and applicable General Plan Elements.
The Final Map conforms to the Tentative Map. The License Divi-
sion reports that the developer has agreed to pay the condominium
tax. The proj ect has been approved by the Los Angeles county

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ACCEPTING AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION
MAP OF TRACT NO. 45575
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 45575 in the City of
Santa Monica be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the ci ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the city of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the city Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
