Appellant: Kelly Olsen, Planning Commissioner INTRODUCTION This report transmits for City Council certification the Statement of Official Action for Appeal 99-011 of the Planning Commissions approval of Conditional Use Permit 98-051 to = allow expansion of an existing automobile dealership with a new 9,900 square foot, 2-story building with subterranean parking. On November 23 1999, the Council adopted a motion to deny the appeal and upheld the Planning Commission approval with modifications as stated in the attached Statement of Official Action. BUDGET/FINANCIAL IMPACT The recommendation presented in this report has no budget or financial impact. 1 RECOMMENDATION It is respectfully recommended that the City Council approve the attached Statement of Official Action.
