INTRODUCTION
This report transmits for City Council certification the Statement of Official Action for
Appeal 99-011 of the Planning Commissions approval of Conditional Use Permit 98-051 to

allow expansion of an existing automobile dealership with a new 9,900 square foot, 2-story
building with subterranean parking.
On November 23 1999, the Council adopted a motion to deny the appeal and upheld the
Planning Commission approval with modifications as stated in the attached Statement of
Official Action.

The recommendation presented in this report has no budget or financial impact.

RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the City Council approve the attached Statement of
Official Action.
