PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider Appeal 99-011 of the Planning
Commission approval of Conditional Use Permit 98-051 to allow the expansion of an
existing automobile dealership with a new 9,900 square foot, 2-story building with
subterranean parking. The project includes 1,222 square feet of covered exterior display
area and 8,574 square feet of uncovered exterior display area.
HOW TO COMMENT
You may comment at the City Council public hearing, or by writing a letter. Written
information received before 3:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before the hearing will be given
to the City Council in their packet. Information received after that time will be given to the
City Council prior to the meeting.
