PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider Appeal 00-063 of the Planning
Commission approval of Conditional Use Permit 99-032 to allow the expansion of an
existing automobile dealership with a new 9,445 square foot, 2-story showroom and office
building, a 345 square foot, one-story office building and subterranean garage consisting
of 36 spaces dedicated to employee and customer parking. The project includes a new
surface parking lot with 15 parking spaces and 9 spaces dedicated to exterior display
areas.
HOW TO COMMENT
You may comment at the City Council public hearing, or by writing a letter. Written
information received before 3:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before the hearing will be given
to the City Council in their packet. Information received after that time will be given to the
City Council prior to the meeting.
