Avenue Subject To Approval Of A Conditional Use Permit
Introduction
On February 8, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 9.04.08.016.040 to permit restaurants
with more than 50 seats in the C2 District adjacent to Ocean Park Boulevard between

25 Street and Centinela Avenue subject to approval of a Conditional Use Permit. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for approval.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
