SUBJECT: APPEAL 01-012 OF PLANNING COMMISSION DENIAL OF
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 00-015 TO AMEND THE CONDITIONS OF

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider Appeal 01-012 of the
Planning Commission denial of Conditional Use Permit 00-015 to amend the conditions
of approval of Conditional Use Permit 99-007 to include the reconfiguration of the
previously approved floor plan with the addition of 33 interior seats and 11-seat outdoor
dining area at an existing restaurant. No change to the hours of operation or alcohol
license type is proposed.
HOW TO COMMENT
You may comment at the City Council public hearing, or by writing a letter. Written
information received before 3:00pm on the Wednesday before the hearing will be given
to the City Council in their packet. Information received after that time will be given to
the City Council prior to the meeting.

delivered to the City of Santa Monica at, or prior to, the Public Hearing.
