Council Regarding Appeals of the Final Meritorious Sign List and
Recommendation to City Council Regarding Procedure and
Reduction of the Amount of Time Allowed Appellants to Speak from
Ten Minutes to Three Minutes.

00APP041: Ed’s Airport Service, 3127 Ocean Park Boulevard
INTRODUCTION
This report transmits the appeal statements of two appellants inadvertently
omitted from the staff report. Both appellants filed appeals prior to the March 13,
2000 deadline. These statements are additions to Attachment B of the original
staff report. In addition, this report recommends to City Council action regarding
these appeals. The proposed findings developed by staff for these two appeals
are additions to Attachment D of the staff report.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Council not include 00APP005 and 00APP041 on the
final list of designated meritorious signs based on the findings listed on
Attachment 2 to this supplemental staff report.
