SUBJECT: Two Ordinances Approving Development Agreements with Lantana Hines
Development, LLC for Projects Located at 3030 Olympic Boulevard and
3131 Exposition Boulevard
Introduction
At its meeting on September 14, 2004, the City Council introduced for first reading two
ordinances approving Development Agreements with Lantana Hines Development, LLC
for projects located at 3030 Olympic Boulevard and 3131 Exposition Boulevard. The
ordinances are now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinances be adopted.
