Introduction
At its meeting on January 11, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance authorizing the placement of furniture, portable landscaping, and cigarette
disposal receptacles within the public right-of- way and the display of merchandise in
private vestibules. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
