SUBJECT: An Interim Ordinance Extending the Initial Interim Ordinance Allowing
Administrative Approval of the Number and Type of Driveways Required
for Parking Structures with Over 40 Parking Spaces in Multi-Family,
Commercial, and Industrial Districts in the City
Introduction
At its meeting on July 26, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an interim
ordinance extending the initial interim ordinance allowing administrative approval of the
number and type of driveways required for parking structures with over 40 parking
spaces in Multi-Family, Commercial, and Industrial Districts in the City. The Ordinance
is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
