Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Cit Co~uncil adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 28, 2006, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the Municipal Code to increase the limitation on the number of
guest rooms that can be added to an existing hotel in the R2 and R3 Districts. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
