SUBJECT: Ordinance Amending the City’s Noise Ordinance, Chapter 4.12 of the
Santa Monica Municipal Code
Introduction
At its meeting on February 10, 2004, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the City’s Noise Ordinance. The ordinance is now presented to
the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
