At its meeting on July 21, 1992, the city council
introduced for first reading an ordinance amending chapter 3A of
Article IV of the Santa f10nica Municipal Code relating to the
regulation of noise and vibration.
The ordinance is now
presented to the city council for adoption.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying
ordinance be adopted.
