The decision, hearing, findings and orders are appealed with respect to the Canopy issue, and to the extent that
the Department of Planning and Community Development and the Planning Commission held that the existence
of the Canopy was an intensification of use; and also to the extent that it was held that the Car Wash may not
have a Canopy irrespective of its compliance with code, permits, ordinances and all applicable laws pertaining
thereto.
