Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on April 25, 2006, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Municipal Code Section 9.04.08.02.080 to allow the modification of
a side yard setback requirement in the R-1 District where the combination of contiguous
parcels requires a greater side yard setback and to allow the redivision of combined
parcels. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
