SUBJECT: An Interim Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Santa Monica
Extending And Adjusting The Modifications To The Development
Standards For Parcels In The R-1 Districts Located In The Sunset Park
And North Of Wilshire Neighborhoods
Introduction
At its meeting on October 11, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an
interim ordinance extending and adjusting the modifications to the development
standards for parcels in the R-1 Districts located in the Sunset Park and North of
Wilshire neighborhoods. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
