Development Standards Within The C2 Neighborhood Commercial District
Along Montana Avenue
Introduction
At its meeting on July 27, 2004, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the Santa Monica Municipal Code relating to permitted uses,
prohibited uses, and development standards in the C2 Neighborhood Commercial
District along Montana Avenue. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
