INTRODUCTION This report transmits information to the Council regarding possible options for modifications to Development Review thresholds in commercial and industrial districts for projects that contain multi-family residential uses. BACKGROUND Staff believes that the Council has three options to consider in modifying Development Review thresholds for projects that contain multi-family residential uses.
