Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 9, 2006, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
modifying the development, design and off-street parking standards for projects developed
within the BSCD, C3 and C3C Zoning Districts. The ordinance is now presented to the City
Council for adoption.
