At its meeting on June 30, 1992, the City council
introduced for first reading an Ordinance Modifying Zoning and
Development Standards to Facilitate Affordable Housing. The
ordinance is now presented for adoption.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying
ordinance be adopted.
