Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on January 23, 2007, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Municipal Code Section 9.32.170 to correct the inadvertent
deletion of recent amendments to this Section through the adoption of Ordinance
Number 2207 (CCS). The ordinance is now presented to the City Council fior adoption.
