Housing Projects From The Modified Development Review Thresholds
Introduction
At its meeting on December 9, 2003, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending various sections of the Municipal Code to modify development
review thresholds and adding a section to the Municipal Code to exempt certain housing
projects from the modified development review thresholds. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
