And Adding Section 9.04.13.060 To Limit The Promenade Frontage Of
Any New Or Expanding Retail Use To Fifty Linear Feet Unless A Use
Permit Is Obtained
Introduction
At its meeting on September 14, 2004, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the Municipal Code to limit the Promenade frontage of any new or
expanding retail use to fifty linear feet unless a Use Permit is obtained. The ordinance
is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
