SUBJECT: Interim Ordinance Waiving Certain Development Standards for Rental
Units Which Were Built or Created Without Permits and Registered With
the Rent Control Board Prior to April 22, 2003
Introduction
At its meeting on December 2, 2003, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance waiving certain development standards for rental units which were built or
created without permits and registered with the Rent Control Board prior to April 22,
2003. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
