Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 25, 2006, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance adding Chapter 9.68 to the Municipal Code relating to permit processing.
The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
