Relating to Performance Standards for Game Arcades
Introduction
At its meeting on September 23, 2003, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the Municipal Code relating to performance standards for game
arcades. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
