Subject: Extension of Four Interim Ordinances Affecting City Zoning Regulations
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Councif adopt the attached four ordinances.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on July 11, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading ordinances
extending Interim Ordinance Number 2143 (CCS) (Substantial Remodel Definition) to
January 24, 2009, extending Interim Ordinance Number 2147 (CCS) (Furniture and
Portable Amenities on the Public Right of Way) to April 29, 2008, extending Interim
Ordinance Number 2150 (CCS) (Alcoholic Beverage CUP Discontinuance) to May 24,
2008, and extending Interim Ordinance Number 2164 (CCS) (Driveway Requirements
for Structures with 40 to 80 Spaces) to December 11, 2009. The ordinances are now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
