Recommended Action
It is recommended that the Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 12, 2006, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance that makes permanent interim development standards in the R1 Sunset Park
and North of Wilshire neighborhoods and clarifies an existing regulation as it applies to
property in the R1 Single Family Zoning District. The ordinance is now presented to the
City Council for adoption.
