BACKGROUND
Ordlnance No. 1176 was adopted by Caunell at ltS August 12,
1980 meetlng and 15 now effeetlve. ThlS proposed emergency
ordlnance clarlfles two amblguous provlslons In the publlshed
ordlnance and ellffilnates an apparent lnconslsteney between two other
proVlslons of the ordlnance.
