BACKGROUND
ThlS ordlnance was relntroduced bv the Counc11 as Item 8G
at lts December 9, 1980 ~eetlng, to lnclude Ocean Park Boulevard
frOM 25th Street to Centlne1a wlthlD the proposed helght reductlon
for the C2 Dlstr1ct. The ordlnance reduces the helght llmlt
throughout the C2 Dlstrlct to a designated two storles and 30 feet.

It 15 respectfully recornfu~ended the Clty Councll adopt th15
ordlnance reduclng the helght llTIlt in the C2 CO~LerClal Dlstrlct
to two storles of 30 feet.
