a proposed ordlnance restrlctlng the type of fence pernltted
ln resldentlal and other zones.

ThlS ordlnance was lntroduced by the Clty Councll as
Item BB at lts February 24, 1981 meetlng.
It was anended to
(I) ex?ressly pernlt ~ooden, stake or Dlcket fences and pOlnted
decoratlve netal fe~ces, and
(2) reOTIlre co~plla~ce wlth the
prOV1Slons of the ordlnance wlt~ln 30 days fron ltS adoptlon for
electrlcally ener01zed fences and wlthln 130 days for all other
fences.
