Continuation of Hearing on Ordinance Adding
Chapter 4B to Article IX of the Santa Monica
Municipal Code Implementing Program 10 of the
Housing Element
SUBJECT:
At its meeting on June 21, 1968, the City Council opened
the public hearing, heard testimony, and continued further
discussion of the ordinance adding Chapter 4B to Article IX of
the Santa Monica Municipal Code implementing Program 10 of the
Housing Element until the city Council meeting of July 12, 1988.
This Staff Report requests that further consideration of this
matter be continued to September 13, 1988.
Because of the
complexity of some of the issues and the demands of other
projects, the City Attorney's office has been unable to complete
its legal analysis.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that this matter be
continued until september 13J 1988.
