Beach Parklng Lots -- Permit Area Lightlng Introduction At the City Council meeting of September 25, several adjacent residents who use the parking lots for overnight parking complained that there is not enough lighting in the permit areas for personal safety. The City Councll requested an estimate for the lnstallat10n of appropriate nominal lighting.
