to the Center's budget ln the sense of fundlng costs already funded. ';~e rc-
port states that CETA funds ~214,450.00 of budgeted costs. In actual1.ty
CETA funds approxlmately ~96, 000.00 of budgeted costs. The Santa l'!onlca
grant LS, rather,30% of operatlng costs, plust $92 00 per mo. salary
supoleme~t for 12 CETA pOS1.tlons. The aNounc of the supplement 1'8s been
determlned by DOL regulat1ons. The supplement of CETA saldr1es qas requested
so as to lmprove the qual1.ty of service to res1.dents. It was deter~lned
that a conservat1.ve, but adequate RFP would be vnsest. Thus, the rec;uest for
30% as opposed to 40% reimburse~ent of operating costs.
