Parameters
Introduction
At its meeting on July 26, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Section 4.68.160 of the Community Events Ordinance to establish
a new 5/10K race route, eliminate an existing race route, and modify the permitted race
time and frequency parameters. The Ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
