SUBJECT: Proposed Revisions to City Policy and Ordinance on Over-the-Street
Banners
Introduction
At its meeting on February 10, 2004, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 4.08.500 relating to street
banners. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
