SUBJECT: Ordinance Amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 4.55.060
Relating to the Erection of Unattended Structures in Palisades Park
Introduction
At its meeting on September 13, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Municipal Code Section 4.55.060 relating to the erection of
unattended structures in Palisades Park. The ordinance is now presented to the City
Council for adoption.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that Council adopt the attached ordinance.
