the spec~f~~s of reprograT3ing an entitlement for an affected program year. The
specific e~:~:le~ent is the $165,000 budget for F.E. (Faterna1 Endeavors) to purchase

these changes which may require an official program amendment and HUD approval. CDBG
funds allc~ated for specific projects and activities are automatically carried
