At its meetinq on August 19, 1986, the City council
introduced for first reading an ordinance establishing a fee for
the operation, maintenance, and repair of pUblic improvements in
the Third Street Mall and Downtown Assessment District. The
accompanying ordinance is now presented to the city council for
adoption.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying
ordinance be adopted.
