Resolution Establlshing Monthly Parking Spaces in Parking
Structure Number Four; and Resolution Increasing the Monthly
Rates on Ground Floor of the Parking Structures in the Parklng
Assessment District.

Introduction
This report facilitates two previous Council actlons with regard to parking
in the parking structures. The Resolutions are now ready from the City
Attorney1s office and are attached.
Background
On March 14, 1978, the Council approved a rate increase from $13.00/month to
$16.00/month for the ground f100r areas and from $8.DO/month to $11.00/month
for the roof areas of the six parking structures, and on July 25, 1978, the
Counell approved the sale of monthly parking spaces in Parking Structure Four
on the first level below the roof.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the Council approve the two attached Resolutions which
are ln conformance with prevlous Council action.
