A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA SETTING FEES
CHARGED FOR RESURFACING PEID1ITS AND
WORK AND INSPECTION FEES
WHEREAS, the Clty Councll lntroduced and adopted an
ordinance amendlng Sectlons 7112 and 7113 of the Santa Monlca
Municipal Codei
i~{EREAS, Sections 7112 and 7113 of the Santa Mon~ca Muni-
cipal Code repeal former fees and allow future fees for resur-
faclng work to be set by resolutlon.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The mlnlffium fees for resurfacing where work
is done by City forces are:
