SUBJECT: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2.72 of the Santa Monica Municipal
Code Relating to Fees for Municipal Services and Payments to the City for
the Private Commercial Use of Public Property
Introduction
At its meeting on February 22, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the administrative provisions of the Municipal Code relating to fees
for services and payments to the City for the private commercial use of public property.
The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
