AXALYSIS
~he fees set by Seetlon 7151 (S.lO per sauare foot) have no
relatlon to elther the admlnlstratlve cost lnvolved lTI lssuing and
pol1clng thlS permit or the rental value of the land. ThlS pro-
posed ordlnance requlres perm1ts, but allows the fees to be set
bv Resolut1on so they may be perlod1cally adJusted.
A resolut1on settlng these pernlts fees at $.58 per square
foot, wLth a $50.00 m1nlmum, lS attached.
ThlS should be adopted
at the t1me of the second readlng of thlS ordlnance.
