SUBJECT: Ordinance Adding Section 6.04.025 to the Santa Monica Municipal Code
Relating to Business License Tax Exemptions for Small Businesses
Introduction
At its meeting on May 25, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Municipal Code Section 6.04.025 relating to business license tax
exemptions for small businesses. The ordinance is now presented to the Council for
adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
