Bid No. 1686 (Water Division)
Introduction
This report concerns award of bid for one loader/back hoe
in the total amount of $24,786.58 including applicable sales
tax. Funds for this purchase have been budgeted in account
number 25-500-671-000-808
Backgrormd
In response to published Notice Inviting Bids to furnish and
deliver one loader/back hoe machine in accordance with City
specifications, bids were received and publicly opened and
read October 29, 1981. Proposal forms were mailed to ten dealers
and notices were advertised in accordance wlth City Charter and
Municipal Code provisions Two proposals were received as follows
