Introduction
This report concerns award of bid for one pick up truck and body
in the total amount of $11,237 06 including applicable sales tax
Funds for this purchase have been budgeted in account number
41-600-654-000-817 (Transportation Department)
Background
In response to publ~shed Notice Inviting Bids to furnish and
deliver one pick up truck with service body in accordance with
City specif1cations, bids were received and publicly opened and
read December 1, 1981. Proposal forms were mailed to twenty-four
dealers and notices were advertised in accordance with City Charter
and Municipal Code provlsions. Three proposals were received
