Introduction
This report concerns award of bid for t~re recapping services
at the quoted rated for the period April 1, 1982 through
llarch 31, 1983 Funds for this purchase are available in account
number 01-500-461-000-293 (Mechanical Ma~ntenance)

In response to published Notice Inviting B~ds to furnish and
deliver tire recapp~ng services in accordance with City specifications,
blds were received and publicly opened and read on March 9, 1982.
Proposal forms were mailed to four known recappers and notices
were advertised in accordance with Clty Charter and Muncipa1
Code provisions. Three proposals were received as follows
